Softwoods
Pricing is based around £6.50 per cubic foot. There is a table of sizes and their prices HERE

Hardwoods
Pricing is much more variable for hardwoods. Green oak is based around £14.00 per cubic foot for small beams and lintels and rises for large section beams and Grade 1 furniture oak.
